U.UEC completes securities exchange with the Pacific Road Funds

Uranium Energy Corp (NYSE American: UEC, the “Company” or “UEC”) is pleased to announce that it has completed a Securities Exchange Agreement with the Pacific Road Funds to exchange 11,000,000 outstanding common stock purchase warrants of UEC (the “Warrants”), which had an expiry date of August 9, 2022, for an aggregate of 750,000 common shares of UEC (the “Securities Exchange”).

Amir Adnani, President & CEO, stated: “The completion of the Securities Exchange streamlines our capital structure and will benefit our long-term value per share. Separately, an additional 1.9 million warrants have recently been exercised for proceeds of $2.3 million to the Company.  Subsequently, our cash balance has increased to over $22 million.”
